CIDA also collaborates with various levels of community stakeholders and partners and uses innovative approaches for the inclusion of individuals with all abilities and diverse backgrounds.

    Vision

We envision that all individuals and families will live self-determined lives and contribute to all aspects of the community.

    Missions & Values

CIDA’s primary mission is to increase equity and inclusion opportunities for children and families with exceptional and diverse needs including disabilities, language and cultural barriers, and socioeconomic challenges.

CIDA’s programs are geared towards strengthening the capacity of the entire community to achieve this mission. CIDA is discrimination-free, aiming to work with every community. We truly believe that supporting one another is the only way to achieve our vision of seeing all individuals succeed in the workplace and the community, and ultimately live self-determined lives. As the community grows, so does our awareness. Together, we can prove the significant value that individuals of all abilities can bring to society and the positive impact they will make on our future.
